Recruiting with a purpose.
Building world class teams for companies that build the world.
The Allied Way
Identify & Pre-Qualify
We identify the candidates that will be the ideal fit for the role and then actively pursue them through networking. Once we connect with them to confirm their interest, we prequalify them to make sure they check all of the boxes for the opportunity. We specialize in “passive” candidates that aren’t necessarily looking for a new role but that are always open to bettering themselves.
Submittals, Interview Scheduling, and Preparation
Our submittals include a summary of accomplishments and additional background information including notes on salary and whether they’re interviewing with any competitors. We handle scheduling interviews and preparing the candidate for what they can expect, and debrief post interviews to discuss pros and cons
Offer Stage
We discuss with the candidate and client the terms of the pending offer. We then make the verbal offer to the candidate and “pre-close” them to ensure it will be accepted. We will never allow a written offer to go out if it isn’t already agreed upon verbally by the candidate. Post acceptance we assist the candidate in their resignation from their employer and educate them on the dangers of accepting counter offers. We then assist in the on-boarding process and provide ongoing support for both the new hire and the client throughout their new journey together.
